<正>舒普深是临床上比较常用的带有β-内酰胺酶抑制剂（舒巴坦钠）的三代头孢菌素,在多年临床抗生素敏感性调查中,始终具有良好的抗菌敏感性。但近年来应用舒普深导致凝血障碍等问题逐渐受到临床医生的关注,其主要机制为引起部分凝血因子缺乏,从而导致凝血功能异常,表现为PT、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）延长,严重时可致肉眼血尿、皮下出
