摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,52岁。2014年2月初,因痔疮手术行常规检查发现:HBs Ag阳性,转氨酶升高,HBV DNA2.71×108拷贝/ml;肝抗原谱M2-3E阳性,余阴性;腹部CT:肝脏Ⅳ段小囊肿,右肾上极小囊肿。诊断"慢性乙型肝炎、原发性胆汁性肝硬化",开始服用恩替卡韦（ETV）、熊去氧胆酸治疗。为进一步明确诊断,2014年4月18日就诊于北京佑安医院。相关检查结果详见表1,特种蛋白系列、自身抗体系列、抗核
