Role of the Mac-2 binding protein glycosylation isomer in diagnosis of chronic liver diseases

  • 摘要: Mac-2结合蛋白(M2BP)是存在于胞浆、组织液和血浆中的一类糖蛋白,可由多种组织器官分泌。Mac-2结合蛋白糖基化异构体(M2BPGi)由肝星状细胞合成,简述了M2BPGi在慢性肝病中的研究现状,发现血清M2BPGi水平有助于提高肝脏病变诊断、监测的特异度和敏感度,较其他无创方法具有一定的优势,有望成为肝脏病变诊断的新型生物学标志物。
