Clinical effect of brachytherapy with ~(125)I seed implantation in treatment of malignant hepatopancreatobiliary tumors

  • 摘要: 碘-125(125I)粒子植入在预防肝癌术后早期复发,联合其他微创治疗方法根治性治疗早期肝癌取得了很好的疗效,同时也广泛应用于中晚期肝癌及门静脉癌栓的治疗。125I粒子用于治疗肝内胆管细胞癌、转移性肝癌等乏血供肿瘤,也取得了很好的局部控制率。125I粒子联合胆道支架可很好的解除恶性胆道梗阻的症状,再狭窄的时间明显延长。基于125I粒子植入的综合介入治疗,能显著改善胰腺癌患者的生活质量并延长生存期。125I粒子植入在临床上使用方便、安全,值得推广。
