Imaging evaluation of complications after liver transplantation

摘要

摘要: 肝移植是治疗终末期慢性肝脏疾病和急性肝衰竭的有效方法。随着外科技术、器官保存技术及药物治疗的迅速发展,术后患者的生存率不断提高。然而,术后并发症仍然是影响移植术后发病率及死亡率的主要因素。由于临床及实验室检查缺乏特异性,术后各类并发症的诊断相当困难,影像学技术的应用有效解决了这一问题。总结了肝移植术后常见并发症包括血管源性并发症、胆系并发症、肝实质病变及术后感染等的影像学表现,指出影像学检查具有极大优势,可多方位评估疾病的进展情况。

Abstract: Liver transplantation is an effective treatment for end- stage chronic liver diseases and acute liver failure. With the rapid development of surgical techniques,organ preservation technology,and pharmacotherapy,patients' survival rates are improved constantly. However,postoperative complications are still major influencing factors for postoperative incidence and mortality rates. Since clinical and laboratory examinations lack specificity and it is difficult to diagnose various postoperative complications,the application of imaging techniques effectively solves such problems. This article summarizes the imaging findings of common complications after liver transplantation,such as vascular complications,biliary complications,liver parenchyma lesions,and postoperative infection,and points out that imaging examinations have significant advantages and can be used for comprehensive evaluation of disease progression.
