Role of functional magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating the therapeutic effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in hepatocellular carcinoma

  • 摘要: 经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)是治疗不可切除肝细胞癌(HCC)的一线方案,术后随访及时和准确判断肿瘤存活与坏死情况,对于评价治疗效果、指导下一步治疗以及减轻患者的痛苦具有重要作用。介绍了功能性磁共振成像技术如磁共振波谱、灌注加权成像、扩散加权成像、体素内非相干运动、血氧水平依赖磁共振成像等无损地观察肿瘤细胞的代谢、血流、能量及血氧等变化,指出功能性磁共振成像技术对HCC的TACE疗效评价有良好前景。
