<正>随着人们对脾脏抗感染、抗肿瘤和免疫等功能的认识,保留脾脏的胰腺远端切除术（spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy,SPDP）已经成为治疗胰腺体尾部良性病变的主流术式。随着腹腔镜技术的日趋成熟,腹腔镜下保留脾脏的胰腺远端切除术（laparascopic spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy,LSPDP）
