Research advances in sinusoidal obstruction syndrome

摘要

摘要: 肝窦阻塞综合征(SOS)是一种肝窦或肝小静脉纤维性闭塞性疾病。简述了SOS的病因、发病机制、临床表现、辅助检查及治疗等方面的研究进展,指出SOS发病机制尚不清楚,缺乏特效治疗手段,如何早期识别及干预和治疗成为研究热点。

Abstract: Sinusoidal obstruction syndrome( SOS) is a sinusoidal or small venous fibrous occlusive disease. This article reviews the research advances in the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examinations,and treatment of SOS,and points out that the pathogenesis of SOS remains unknown and there are no specific therapeutic methods. How to identify SOS and provide intervention and treatment as early as possible becomes the hot research topic.
