Pathological features of liver fibrosis/cirrhosis caused by different factors

摘要

摘要: 肝纤维化/肝硬化在各种致肝损伤因子的持续作用下,肝组织内细胞外基质的沉积增多和组织结构改变的病理过程。不同病因所致肝纤维化/肝硬化存在其相对特点。利用其组织学特点,明确肝纤维化/肝硬化病因,正确评估肝纤维化/肝硬化程度,对临床诊治的指导意义重大。

Abstract: Liver fibrosis / cirrhosis is a pathological process which involves increased deposition of extracellular matrix in liver tissues and changes in liver tissue structure induced by the persistent action of various factors causing liver injury.This article introduces the features of liver fibrosis / cirrhosis caused by different factors.Identifying the etiology and evaluating the degree of liver fibrosis / cirrhosis with reference to their histological characteristics are of great importance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
