Coagulation disorders in patients with liver cirrhosis

摘要

摘要: 肝硬化作为各种类型肝病进展到终末期的一个必经阶段,其凝血功能的变化仍是目前研究的热点,出血和血栓形成并存是临床诊疗中常遇到的难点问题。回顾了肝硬化凝血的机制,探讨出血和血栓的特点,指出肝硬化患者凝血状态的评估仍是临床诊疗中的难点,早期评估肝硬化患者的凝血状态有助于提高其远期生存率。

Abstract: Liver cirrhosis is a necessary stage of various types of liver diseases progressing into end- stage liver diseases.The changes in coagulation function are still a hot topic in research.The tendency to bleeding and thrombosis is a difficult issue in clinical diagnosis and treatment.This article reviews the mechanism of coagulation in liver cirrhosis,investigates the characteristics of bleeding and thrombosis,and points out that the evaluation of coagulation status in patients with liver cirrhosis is still a difficult issue in clinical diagnosis and treatment.An early evaluation of coagulation status in such patients may help to improve their long- term survival rate.
