Adenosquamous carcinoma of the pancreas: a report of one case

<正>1病例资料患者男性,42岁,因"左上腹部隐痛不适1个月余"入院。入院时食欲欠佳,无恶心、呕吐,无畏寒、发热。既往体健。入院查体:皮肤、巩膜无黄染,浅表淋巴结未触及,左上腹部轻微压痛,无反跳痛,肝脾肋下未及。实验室检查:糖链抗原（CA）19-981.35 ng/ml,CA12-5 280.86 ng/ml,癌胚抗原20.64 ng/ml,CA24-2 43.82 ng/ml。血常规、肝功能、血淀粉酶无异常。肝
