Research advances in association between Toll- like receptor 4 and hepatitis B

  • 摘要:

    Toll样受体(TLR)4是一种重要的模式识别受体,在抑制HBV感染中发挥着重要的作用。TLR4识别HBV相关蛋白分子,经髓系分化因子88(My D88)和非My D88途径,产生肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素(IL)6、IL-12等炎症因子和Ⅰ型干扰素而发挥抗病毒作用。同时发现TLR4可通过调节辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th)1与Th2间的平衡,促进CD8+T淋巴细胞在肝脏粘附及诱导一氧化氮合酶发挥抑制HBV作用。若TLR4过表达,会通过机体免疫系统过度激活,加重肝脏的缺血再灌注及肝星状细胞激活而加重肝脏炎症。回顾了国内外近年相关文献,探讨了TLR4在乙型肝炎发病中的相关机制,总结了TLR4与乙型肝炎的相关性,以期通过TLR4与乙型肝炎相关性的研究,发现治疗乙型肝炎及延缓其向肝硬化和肝癌进展的新方案。
