<正>为规范我国自身免疫性肝病诊断和治疗,中华医学会肝脏病学分会和消化病学分会组织国内有关专家针对三种自身免疫性肝病分别制订诊断和治疗专家共识。旨在帮助临床医师充分了解疾病的临床特点和诊断要点,进而制订出全面合理的诊疗方案。在此之前我国并无针对原发性硬化性胆管炎(primary sclerosing cholangitis,PSC)单独的共识意见或指南,2010年胆汁淤积性肝病的诊治共识中仅提及部分有关PSC的少许
