Accuracy of Fibro Scan for diagnosis of primary liver cancer: a Meta-analysis

  • 摘要: 目的应用Meta分析方法评价Fibro Scan所测肝脏硬度值(LS)诊断原发性肝癌的准确性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国生物医学期刊引文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国知网,并人工检索相关期刊,全面收集2003年1月-2015年6月关于Fibro Scan所测LS诊断原发性肝癌的文献,采用QUADAS对文献质量进行评价和资料提取,用Meta Disc1.4软件对结果进行Meta分析。结果共纳入符合标准的6篇英文文献。异质性检验提示不存在阈值效应,但存在其他原因导致的异质性。纳入文献中LS诊断原发性肝癌的诊断界值为1153.7 k Pa,LS诊断原发性肝癌的合并灵敏度、特异度、阳性似然比、阴性似然比、95%可信区间及其诊断比值比分别为0.66(0.610.71)、0.78(0.760.79)、3.19(2.394.25)、0.45(0.300.66)、8.63(4.3417.18),综合受试者工作特征曲线下面...
