<正>肝硬化门静脉高压并发食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血（esophageal gastric variceal bleeding,EVB）是临床常见的危急症之一。尽管近10年来药物及内镜治疗成绩显著,但其6周内病死率达15%20%,肝功能Child-Pugh C级合并EVB患者病死率高达30%40%[1-2]。2008年中华医学会肝病学分会、消化内镜分会及消化病学分会（称为"三个学会"）首次制订了我国《肝硬
