Early diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver cirrhosis

  • 摘要: 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)/非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)已成为全球肝硬化的重要原因之一,也可能是我国"不明"原因肝硬化的重要病因。介绍了NAFLD的进展机制及早期诊断方法。不同于HBV或HCV相关肝硬化,进一步明确NAFLD进展的诱因及临床特征,寻找有效的早期无创诊断方法,是今后重要的研究方向。
