摘要

摘要: 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)/非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)已成为全球肝硬化的重要原因之一,也可能是我国"不明"原因肝硬化的重要病因。介绍了NAFLD的进展机制及早期诊断方法。不同于HBV或HCV相关肝硬化,进一步明确NAFLD进展的诱因及临床特征,寻找有效的早期无创诊断方法,是今后重要的研究方向。

Abstract: Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) / nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) has become one of the important causes of liver cirrhosis in the world and may be an important cause of unexplained liver cirrhosis in China. The mechanism of NAFLD progression and early diagnosis are described. The causes and clinical features of NAFLD progression, which are different from HBV or HCV-related cirrhosis, need to be further identified, and the effective noninvasive methods for early diagnosis remain to be well studied.
