Diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography for pancreatic head mass

  • 摘要:

    胰头占位性病灶的诊断及鉴别是临床的难点,超声内镜是目前公认敏感、有效的胰腺疾病检查方法之一。介绍了超声内镜在各种临床常见的胰头占位性病变的影像特征和诊断效能,评述了超声内镜引导下的细针穿刺术在胰头占位性病变中的诊断价值和安全性,简述了超声内镜附加新技术在胰头占位性病变的应用进展。最后指出,内镜超声检查对胰头占位性病灶具有较高的诊断价值。
