Research advances in role of myeloid- derived suppressor cells in tumorigenesis

  • 摘要: 总结了髓样抑制细胞(MDSC)在促进炎症发生和肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸中发挥的作用,以及促进肿瘤发生发展的作用机制。可为以后探讨肝纤维化和肝癌发病的免疫学机制提供一条新的思路,也将有利于未来寻找肝纤维化和肝癌治疗的有效靶点。
