Abernethy malformation misdiagnosed as liver cirrhosis: a report of one case

摘要: <正>Abernethy畸形属先天性肝外门腔静脉分流,1793年John Abernethy在对1例10月女婴尸体解剖时首次发现,1997年该类疾病被命名为Abernethy畸形[1]。本病罕见,国内外报道不足百例,且主要见于儿童[2],成人病例更为少见,如合并其他肝病,则极易误诊。本文报道1例Abernethy畸形误诊为肝硬化的成年患者,以进一步提高对本病的认识。
