<正>急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)病情复杂多变,在给患者带来巨大创伤的同时,也给临床诊疗工作带来挑战。1992年在美国亚特兰大制订的AP分类及诊断标准被誉为AP发展史上一座里程碑,该标准在过去的几十年中对AP的诊治产生了积极影响。然而随着影像学技术的进步和多学科治疗理念的发展,越来越多的临床实践发现"亚特兰大标准"在AP的分级、严重度、并发症定义、预后评估、治疗等方面存在不足之处。
