摘要: <正>西瓜胃,即胃窦血管扩张症(gastric antral vascular ectasia,GAVE),也称为GAVE综合征(gastric antral vascular ectasia syndrome,GAVS),临床表现为反复的上消化道出血及严重的缺铁性贫血,胃镜下表现为胃窦部红斑或红点状病变,呈线性或弥散分布。这种点状形式通常出现在合并肝硬化患者身上,占因非胃底静脉曲张出血患者行胃镜检查病例的4%(26/744)[1]。本
