Efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in treatment of hepatitis E with severe jaundice

  • 摘要: 目的分析观察异甘草酸镁治疗戊型肝炎重度黄疸的疗效。方法选择2009年1月至2012年12月收治的戊型肝炎重度黄疸患者78例,同比例分为治疗组和对照组,每组各39例,2组均给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱、还原型谷胱甘肽、能量合剂保肝,治疗组加用异甘草酸镁注射液150 mg静滴,1次/d,而对照组则加用复方甘草酸苷注射液120 mg静滴1次/d,两组疗程均为6周。TBil<85μmol/L,ALT<160 U/L为主要有效指标。两组间均数采用成组t检验,组内治疗前后比较采用配对t检验,计数资料组间比较用χ2检验。结果两组患者治疗后均有好转,治疗组的总有效率为84.6%(33/39),优于对照组66.7%(26/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组的TBil为(68.9±40.3)μmol/L,恢复显著优于对照组(129.1±69.3)μmol/L,其中各组F值为:24.658、36.145,χ2值为12、15,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论异甘草酸镁治疗戊型肝炎重度黄疸疗效显著,一定药物浓度范围内对肝细胞增殖有明显的促进作用,加速黄疸消退,无明显不良反应。
