Roles of indocyanine green clearance test and 13C- methacetin breath test in assessing liver function in acute liver injury: a comparative study

  • 摘要: 目的对比研究13C-美沙西丁呼气试验(13C-MBT)及吲哚氰绿清除试验在急性肝损害肝功能评估中的价值。方法 48只SD大鼠随机分为对照组和模型组,对照组给予腹腔注射生理盐水;模型组分为6、12、24、48、72 h组,腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖诱导急性肝损害模型。观察各组肝组织病理学、吲哚氰绿15 min滞留率(ICGR15)、13C-MBT相关参数:包括13CO2峰度曲线达峰时间(T max)、代谢速率峰值(MV max)、120 min13CO2累积呼出丰度(CUM120)和呼气峰值(DOB max)的变化。组间比较采用单因素方差分析,多个样本均数两两比较采用SNK-q检验,两变量间的关系采用Pearson相关分析。结果与对照组比较,模型组各组病理学积分明显升高(P<0.05),DOB max、MV max40和CUM120明显降低(P<0.05)。病理积分与T max呈正相关(r=0.593,P<0.05),与MV max、CUM120和DOB max呈负相关(相关系数分别为-0.731、-0.618、-0.592,P<0.01)。与对照组比较,12、24、...
