Genetic variation and significance of hepatitis B surface antigen

  • 摘要: HBV复制过程中存在逆转录,容易发生基因变异,表面抗原基因变异可能影响临床诊断、病毒复制以及疫苗效果等。从S基因变异的发生机制、生物学及临床意义等方面讨论研究现状和存在的问题。既往大多数研究仅仅限于S基因片段,将来须要更多地从HBV角度对S基因变异进行研究。
