<正>特发性成人肝内胆管缺失症（idiopathic adulthood ductope-nia,IAD）,是一种病因不明的慢性胆汁淤积性肝病,以成人发病,肝小叶间胆管缺失为主要特征[1-2]。现报道1例因药物性肝损害加重病情从而发现原发疾病为IAD的患者。1病例介绍患者,女,60岁,因"间断恶心、呕吐、尿黄、乏力3年,加重1个月"于2012年3月来我院就诊。3年前无诱因出现恶心、
