摘要:
本文分析了内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)培训面临的问题,介绍了ERCP模拟培训的类型、效果评价及其局限性;提出了模拟培训可以改善ERCP学习曲线,使初学者更快地掌握操作基本技能,减少独立操作所需的最低例数,降低操作的风险及并发症的发生,从而提高培训效果,促进ERCP技术的临床推广。

Abstract:
In this paper, the problems concerning endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) training are analyzed, and the types, effect evaluation, and limitations of simulation training on ERCP are presented.It is suggested that simulation training can improve the ERCP learning curve, allow the beginners to quickly master the basic operation skills, reduce the minimum number of cases before independent operation, and decrease the risks and complications of operation, thus improving the training effect and promoting the clinical application of ERCP.
