  • 摘要:

    肝硬化患者常存在不同程度的营养不良,主要表现为蛋白质-能量营养不良。患者的营养状况能影响预后和生存率,但临床医生并未对此给予足够重视,且肝硬化患者的营养不良常被漏诊。回顾近年来几种常用营养评估方法在肝硬化患者中的相关研究,总结每种营养评估方法的特点,为临床医生进行营养评估提供参考。
