Clinical significance of drug-induced liver failure

摘要:
<正>随着经济发展、健康保健意识增强以及新药的不断问世,药物性肝病（drug-induced liver damage,DILD）及药物性肝衰竭（drug-induced liver failure,DILF）的发病率也在不断增加[1-2]。DILF是指在药物使用过程中,药物或其活性代谢产物引起的肝细胞大量坏死或肝功能急剧严重损害,肝脏合成、解毒、排泄和生物转化等功能发生严重障碍或失代偿的严重疾病。由于肝衰竭的病理生理过程极为复杂,对严重的临床症候群缺乏特异性治疗手段,因此病死率极高。
