Efficacy of octreotide treatment for chylous ascites after liver cirrhosis: A case report and literature review

摘要

摘要: <正>乳糜性腹水临床上较罕见,系腹水内积聚大量乳糜微粒,其病因多样,肝硬化是常见病因之一,肝硬化患者一旦出现乳糜性腹水往往为难治性,常规治疗效果不佳,病死率高[1-2]。我们报道在常规治疗基础上加用奥曲肽治愈肝硬化乳糜性腹水1例,并针对乳糜性腹水进行国内外文献复习,以加强临床医生对该疾病的诊治认识。
