Advances in study of the relationship between apoptosis and alcoholic liver disease

摘要

摘要: 酒精性肝病(ALD)是由于酒精过量摄入引起的肝脏疾病,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年来随着对ALD发病机制研究的不断深入,发现细胞凋亡参与了ALD的发病。因此,ALD的抗凋亡治疗也日益受到关注,本文就细胞凋亡与ALD发病相关性的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is due to excess alcohol intake and its pathogenesis has not yet been completely clarified.In recent years, with the progress of study on the pathogenesis of ALD, apoptosis was considered to be involved in the pathogenesis of ALD, so more and more attention has been focused on the antiapoptotic therapy in the treatment of ALD.This article reviewed the studies on the relationship between apoptosis and the pathogenesis of ALD.
