Advancement in the treatment of two subtypes of autoimmune pancreatitis

摘要

摘要: 自身免疫性胰腺炎(AIP)是由自身免疫介导的、以胰腺肿大及胰管不规则狭窄为特征的慢性胰腺炎,有着独特的临床、影像学和组织病理学特点。据其特点分为两个亚型,两种亚型的治疗、预后及复发率不同。

Abstract: Autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) is a form of chronic pancreatitis characterized by auto-immune mediated, pancreatic enlargement and pancreatic duct with irregular stenosis and has special clinical, image and histopathology features.According to the features, AIP is divided into two subtypes.Treatment, prognosis and relapse rate of the two subtypes are different.
