The establishment of rabbit VX2 hepatic tumor model and the application of nano-scale microbubble contrast agent in the diagnosis of this model

  • 摘要: 目的通过建立一个原发性或转移性兔肝癌模型并应用纳米微泡造影剂对肿瘤进行早期检测,探讨纳米材料在肝癌超声诊断中的应用。方法通过肿瘤组织块接种法制备兔肝癌模型并利用门静脉插管注射微泡造影剂对比增强显影。结果模型建立后检测原位成瘤率为83.3%,采用5 MHz的发射频率,肝内主要血管及瘤块1 min内显影得到增强。结论靶向超声纳米对比剂具有特异性和敏感性,纳米级微泡造影剂用于超声造影增强是完全可行的。
