Clinical significance of serum P53 antibody in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.

摘要

摘要: 目的探讨血清p53抗体检测对肝癌的诊断价值。方法应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测46例肝癌患者血清p53抗体,对照组为30例健康体检者。结果(1)46例肝癌患者中18例血清p53抗体阳性,阳性率为39.1%,对照组均阴性,有显著性差异(P<0.01),(2)肝癌患者血清p53抗体阳性率与AFP水平,病理分化程度及肿瘤大小无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论血清p53抗体检测可以作为肝癌辅助诊断的指标。

Abstract: Objective To explore the value of serum P53 antibody in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Forty-six patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were tested for P53 by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and 30 healthy individuals were recruited as control.Results Serum P53 antibody were detected in 39.1% of patients, While all controls were negative (P<0.01) .There were not difference among the positive rate of serum P53 antibody in patients and level of AFP, cell differentiation and size of cancer (P>0.05) .Conclusion Detection of serum P53 antibody is helpful in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
