Relationship between Cytokines in children and HBV DNA in serum, hepatitis B virus markers.

摘要: 探讨小儿慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）细胞因子IL-12和INFγ与HBV DNA定量及HBVM的关系及意义。46例慢性乙型肝炎患儿和30例健康儿童均分别以ELISA法检测IL-12和IFNγ及HBVM,以荧光定量PCR法检测HBV DNA。HBeAg阴性组IL-12和IFNγ较HBeAg阳性组明显升高（P值均<0.05）。高病毒载量组IL-12和IFNγ水平均显著高于对照组（P值均<0.01）。慢性乙型肝炎患儿IL-12和IFNγ与HBeAg及HBV DNA水平密切相关。

Abstract: To investigate the serum levels of IL-12、IFNγ, quantitative HBV DNA, HBVM, and their sense in children with chronic hepatis B (CHB) .The serum IL-12、 IFNγ and HBVM, HBV DNA of 46 CHB patients were measured by specific-ELISA and PCR respectively 30 healthy children were employed as the control.The serum levels of IL-12、 IFNγ in HBeAg negative CHB were higher than those in HBeAg positive CHB patients (P<0.05) .The serum levels of IL-12、 IFNγ of high virus load group were significantly higher than those in the control (P<0.01) .IL-12 and IFNγ of children with CHB closely correlate with the HBeAg and HBV DNA.
