Analysis the etiological factor of hepatic dysfunction of patient with tumor.

摘要: 为探讨肿瘤合并肝功能异常病因 ,本文回顾分析 6 0例肿瘤合并肝功能异常病例。评价指标为患者血清中转氨酶含量。结果表明 ,6 0例中 2 4例为肿瘤浸润所致 ,主要是淋巴瘤、白血病。 30例为药物性肝损害 ,6例免疫性肝损害 ,对肿瘤患者合并肝功能异常的治疗应具体分析病因 ,区别对待Abstract: To survery the etiological factor of hepatic dysfunction of patient with tumor, retrospective was employed in 60 tumor patients with hepatic dysfunction.The levels of transaminase in serum was selected to evaluate the state of hepatic dysfunction.Among them 24 case resulted from invasion of tumor that are lymphoma and leukemin.30 case resulted from chemotherapy drug and 6 case are related with immunological injury.The causes of hepatic dysfunction of tumor patient may be variable, so the ultimate treatment shoud be differentiated accordingly.
