Significance of detecting the function of platelet in the patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B

摘要: 探讨慢性乙肝及乙肝肝硬化患者循环血中血小板的功能状态。应用ELISA定量法检测GMP 14 0 、PAIgG A M、PLT、MPV、FN、PC八项指标在各组患者循环血中含量。除PC外 ,各项指标均有较好的变化规律 ,如血小板表面相关抗体增加 ,血小板减少 ,血小板平均容积增大等。若能动态监测 ,对判断病情及指导治疗有重要意义。

Abstract: To investigate the function of platelet in the circulation of chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis after hepatitis B. The content of eight indexes included GMP- 140 PAIgG. A. M, PLT, MPV, FN, PC in cirrculation of every group patients were detected by ELISA quantity test. The better change rule was in every index except PC These indexes were generally analysed the function of platelet in the cirrculation of patients were really reflected. These results play an important role in diagnosis and treatment of patients studied.
