摘要

摘要: 门静脉高压性胃病(PHG)是由肝硬化性(或非肝硬化性)门静脉高压引起的以内镜下胃黏膜呈"蛇皮样"改变为典型特征的一种疾病。多项研究表明门静脉高压是PHG发生发展的必备条件。PHG经常并发急、慢性上消化道出血,这往往是患者就诊的直接原因。因此对PHG患者在诊断及治疗等方面进行研究具有重要的临床意义。从PHG的发病机制、分类、诊断及治疗等方面的进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Portal hypertensive gastropathy( PHG) is a disease caused by cirrhotic( or non- cirrhotic) portal hypertension,with a typical feature of snake- skin appearance of the gastric mucosa under endoscope. Many studies have shown that portal hypertension is a necessary condition for the development and progression of PHG. PHG is often complicated by acute or chronic upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which may be the direct reason for patients to visit the hospital. Therefore,the study of the diagnosis and treatment of PHG is very important in clinical practice. This article reviews the research advances in the pathogenesis,classification,diagnosis,and treatment of PHG.
