【摘要】:非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)是非酒精性脂肪性肝病的重要病理阶段,主要特征为肝细胞脂肪变性、肝损伤和炎症,可进一步发展为肝硬化和肝细胞癌。NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体是细胞内一种多蛋白复合体,可通过激活半胱氨酸天冬酶-1,释放成熟的IL-1β、IL-18等炎症因子,并诱导细胞焦亡,进而扩大炎症反应。近年来,研究发现NLRP3炎症小体可参与NASH的发生发展。概述了NLRP3炎症小体在NASH中的作用,为今后的相关研究及治疗提供理论基础。
【Abstract】:Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is an important pathological stage of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease characterized by hepatocyte fatty degeneration, liver injury, and liver inflammation and can further develop into liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The NOD-like receptor family, pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome is a multi-protein complex in cells and can induce cell apoptosis and expand inflammatory response by activating caspase-1 and releasing mature inflammatory factors such as interleukin-1β and interleukin-18. Recent studies have found that NLRP3 inflammasome may participate in the development and progression of NASH. Therefore, this article summarizes the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in NASH, so as to provide a theoretical basis for future research and treatment.
