  • 摘要: 基于免疫检查点抑制剂特别是程序性细胞死亡蛋白1(PD-1)及程序性死亡受体配体1(PD-L1)抑制剂的肝细胞癌(HCC)免疫联合治疗在临床研究和临床实践中已取得了显著的疗效,HBV感染被认为是HCC发生过程中的主要危险因素。PD-1/PD-L1免疫检查点抑制剂单药和联合治疗HBV相关HCC患者的安全性和有效性正在研究中,部分研究发现HBV相关HCC患者接受PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂治疗显示出与未感染HBV者相似的效果,但关于HBV激活相关的安全性问题尚未得出一致结论。在此,本文系统回顾了PD-1/PD-L1阻断免疫疗法应用于HCC的临床试验,以阐明这种新型治疗方案在特定HBV感染情况下的安全性和有效性。
