Complete rupture of the pancreas and duodenum caused by car accident in children: A case report

    注:a,胰腺头部与颈部离断,胰腺肿胀,密度不均,周围间隙不清;右肾挫伤、包膜下血肿,腹腔少量积气; b,胰头部与颈部连续性局部中断,十二指肠与胃幽门部连接处连续性中断。

    注:a,胰颈部左侧断缘与空肠吻合,胰管未见扩张,胰腺空肠导管在位;b,胰头部及胰体尾部未见异常密度灶,周围间隙尚清。胃局部缺如并与空肠吻合,吻合口通畅。
