Association of estrogen receptor α gene polymorphisms with hepatitis B cirrhosis

  • 摘要: 目前,乙型肝炎肝硬化对公众的健康及国家的发展仍有重大的影响。乙型肝炎肝硬化的发生发展与雌激素有关,雌激素通过与雌激素受体结合发挥作用,雌激素受体的表达和功能状态受雌激素受体基因多态性的影响。介绍了雌激素与雌激素受体α基因的结构和生物学特征,以及分别与乙型肝炎肝硬化发病的相关性,指出雌激素的异常表达可能与乙型肝炎肝硬化的发生发展有关。然而可能由于研究的基因位点、环境、地点等不同,最终得出的雌激素受体α基因多态性与乙型肝炎肝硬化相关性的结果不完全一致。
