【Abstract】:Primary liver cancer is a serious disease which threatens human health, and Eastern countries have a high prevalence rate of primary liver cancer. Data from the World Health Organization show that in recent years, the incidence rate of liver cancer tends to decrease in most Eastern countries, and hepatitis B vaccination, application of antiviral drugs for hepatitis B and C, and reduced aflatoxin contamination are the main reasons for the reduction in the incidence rate of liver cancer. The incidence rates of alcoholic and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease are gradually increasing year by year, which should be taken seriously as a risk factor for liver cancer.
【Key words】:liver neoplasms; incidence; risk factors
