【Abstract】:Portal hypertension is a group of clinical syndromes caused by increased pressure of the portal vein system due to various reasons, with liver cirrhosis as the most common cause, but 10%-20% of portal hypertension cases are secondary to various non-cirrhotic diseases, which are collectively referred to as non-cirrhotic portal hypertension (NCPH). NCPH is a group of highly heterogeneous diseases. This article summarizes the clinical features, pathological features, and key diagnosis and treatment points of different types of NCPH, in order to improve the understanding of these diseases among clinicians.
